Our fabulous warm dip made with fresh spinach, potatoes, onions, curried spices and nutritional yeast. One of the most popular dips at the cafe, and widely used at our caterings. Topped with a delicious tomato fruit chutney served with grilled local pita bread from Trade Routes Bakery.
This dip is a super easy way to make your pita or chips the best tasting and packs a punch for your immune system because SPINACH is a nutrient dense leafy green vegetable that provides a good source of iron, vitamin C, folic acid, and carotenes. It’s an alkaline-producing food that helps to balance the pH of the body.
