Polenta (V)
POLENTA Eden Alley uses organic medium ground corn meal to make our polenta. The pigment that makes corn yellow is a carotenoid called lutein. Lutein has antioxidant effects in the eye which can help ward off eye disease. Polenta is a nice gluten-free option.
