Betty Bailey Berry Salad (GF/SF)

This salad is a favorite at Eden Alley. It’s name is almost a tongue twister...it’s flavor a tongue’s best friend. It is full of colorful ingredients that make your tastebuds dance. The tartness of the crisp apples and dried cranberries is perfectly complemented by the sweetness of the oranges. The optional addition of feta cheese helps meld the flavors together while the walnuts add a nice crunch.
