GRILLED AVOCADO AND EGGS (gluten+soy+nut-free)  A lovely grilled avocado sitting on a schmear of hummus topped with poached eggs and sharing the plate with a falafel patty and grilled chick pea pico.  (12.)   vegan: sub grilled local tofu


SUNSHINE SOFT TACOS (nut-free)  We grill two local flour tortillas with lime juice and olive oil,  lace them with our creamy edenaise, then sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella, and fill with scrambled eggs and our heavenly taco filling, grilled summer squash and chick pea pico, finsihed with City Bitty micro-greens and served with our chunky red salsa.  (11.)

EGGS BENEDICT (soy+nut-free)   Grilled and open faced, local Farm to Market english muffin spread with horseradish edenaise, grilled kale cabbage, poached eggs, sundried tomatoes, our lemon hollandaise, topped with feta cheese and candied onions with breakfast potoates. (12.)

BERRY WALNUT AND GREEN TEA FRENCH TOAST   (vegan/soy-free)   Two slices of local Farm to Market eight-grain bread brushed with a vanilla, flax and brown sugar batter, topped with a mixed berry sauce, our warm agave sweet butter, candied walnuts, green tea sweet cream and house made maple agave syrup.  (10.)  


AVO BENNY  (gluten+nut+soy-free)   Our potato flatbread laced with a creamy aioli, ripe avocado and mozzarella cheeses, baked and served with two poached local eggs, sundried tomatoes, candied onions and topped with our luscious hollandaise.  (13.)

EGGPLANT PLANK AND EGGS  (gluten+nut+soy-free)  Thick cut plank of eggplant, drizzled and baked with olive oil, salt and pepper, then grilled and topped with scrambled eggs, chunky eggplant and sweet corn salsa with our cauliflower cheese sauce. (11.)  

vegan: sub our falafel or tofu

MIMOSA    Sugar agave rimmed glass with orange juice, sparkling wine, and an intricately flavored ice cube...flavors change as your ice cube melts.   (8.)

CHOCOLATE COFFEE  (gluten+soy-free) We start with local Shatto Milk’s award winning chocolate milk, then we stir in the Roasterie’s stimulating organic and fair-trade coffee; top it with our homemade frozen coffee whipped cream and sprinkles of semi-sweet chocolate to keep you warm, blissful and awake.  (6.5)

APPLE BELLINI (gluten+soy-free)  Apple juice and sparkling wine poured over an exhilaratingly flavor infused ice cube.  (10.)

SPARKLING SHANDI (gluten-free) Fresh ginger syrup with a flavor infused ice cube blessed with sparkling wine and a lemonade finish.  (10.)

ECO TEAS ORGANIC HOLY BASIL TULSI TEA       Revered for its soothing, adaptogenic qualities.  Naturally caffeine-free with a delicious minty flavor.  (4.)
