We have SATURDAY BRUNCH from 11 to 4!

BERRY FRENCH TOAST   (vegan/soy-free)   Two slices of local Farm to Market eight-grain bread brushed with a vanilla, flax and brown sugar batter, topped with a vanilla berry sauce, our warm sweet butter, crunchy granola, powdered sugar and house made maple agave syrup.  (10.)   

BREAKFAST STREET TACOS (nut-free)   Little local flour tortilla filled with our egg salad, made with local organic eggs, pickled onions, edenaise and mustard, with cheddar and mozzarella cheese. Served with black forbidden and brown rice and our chunky red salsa.  (12.)

GREEK BENEDICT  (soy+nut-free)   Little grilled rounds of local Trade Routes pita drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper, stacked with hearty grilled greens, golden candied onions, poached eggs, then finished with our lemon hollandaise, feta cheese, sundried and fresh blistered tomatoes. (11.)  vegan: sub smoky paprika grilled tofu or felafel  |  gluten-free: sub housemade potato flatbread (+2.)

GRILLED AVOCADO AND EGGS (gluten+soy+nut-free)  A lovely grilled avocado sitting over creamy edenaise topped with poached eggs and sharing the plate with a falafel patty,  smoky cauliflower sauce and  grilled corn and chick pea pico.  (13.)   vegan: sub grilled local tofu

AVOCADO SWEET POTATO BENNY (gluten+soy+nut-free)   Thick, grilled rounds of sweet potato drizzled with olive oil, salt and pepper, atop grilled leafy greens, stacked with mozzarella cheese, creamy avocado puree, golden candied onions, poached eggs, lemon hollandaise,  sundried and fresh blistered tomatoes. BLT & E (soy+nut-free)  Thick cut Farm to Market bread piled with thinly sliced smokey maple seitan, a fried egg, juicy tomatoes, mixed field greens and edenaise. (10.)  vegan: sub smoky paprika grilled tofu

MIMOSA    Sugar agave rimmed glass with orange juice, sparkling wine, and an intricately flavored ice cube...flavors change as your ice cube melts.   (8.)

CHOCOLATE COFFEE  (gluten+soy-free) We start with local Shatto Milk’s award winning chocolate milk, then we stir in the Roasterie’s stimulating organic and fair-trade coffee; top it with our homemade frozen coffee whipped cream and sprinkles of semi-sweet chocolate to keep you warm, blissful and awake.  (6.5)

APPLE BELLINI (gluten+soy-free)  Apple juice and sparkling wine poured over an exhilaratingly flavor infused ice cube.  (10.)

SPARKLING SHANDI (gluten-free) Fresh ginger syrup with a flavor infused ice cube blessed with sparkling wine and a lemonade finish.  (10.)
