As a caterer, we offer a wide variety of culinary stylesfrom Romanesque buffets to luxurious sit-down dinners...at our location, or your location of choice.

Our food is hand-made, featuring LOCAL and ORGANIC produce as well as FREE-RANGE, and HORMONE-FREE meats, all combined with TRADITIONAL ingredients to produce a "DIVINE FLAVOR for the CONSCIOUS EATER."

Our pricing is per person and is based on a minimum count of 20 servings per item.
The prices listed are for food only, subject to availability, and all prices listed are subject to market price changes.

Any of our salads below can be customized to your dietary needs and sized for your event. 

ADAM'S SIDE SALAD (vegan/no:gluten-soy-nut) A delicious, crisp house salad of mixed field greens, cucumbers, red onions, tomatoes, and carrots with our housemade red wine vinaigrette.

APPLE CRANBERRY SALAD (gluten+soy-free) Apples, dried cranberries, red onions, feta cheese and candied walnuts over assorted field greens with our agave poppy seed dressing.

BETTY BAILEY BERRY SALAD (soy-free) Cous cous, apples, baby beets, dried cranberries, orange, feta, red onions, candied walnuts, poppy seed dressing with field greens. | gluten-free: sub brown and black rice

BRIE SALAD  Mixed greens with grilled croutons, warm ripened brie cheese, tart granny smith apples, tomato and raisin chutney, red onions, candied walnuts and poppy seed dressing.

CHEF'S CHOICE SALAD (nut+soy-free) Brown and black rice, taziki, hummus, feta cheese, falafel crumbles, cucumber and tomato with red wine vinaigrette, an assorted spring mix and toasted local pita. | gluten-free: sub veggies

EGGSALAD ON GREENS (no:gluten-soy-nut) Our eggsalad, made with local eggs, edenaise and dijon, with pickles, red onion, carrots, tomatoes and our red wine vinaigrette on mixed field greens.

GARNETS AND GREENS SALAD (vegan/gluten+soy-free) Assorted field greens with baby beets, candied walnuts, slivers of red onions and our agave poppy seed vinaigrette.

MAIN COURSE

CREAMY DREAMY MAC AND CHEESY (no:gluten-nut-soy)  Gluten free quinoa spinach, tomato and corn pagoda pasta, in a dreamy cream sauce made with Shatto heavy cream, a little garlic spread, cheddar, mozzarella, sea salt and black pepper.

DAWN’S PASTA  (no:gluten-nut-soy)  Pasta with tomatoes, garlic, olive oil, chili flakes, mixed field greens and topped with shredded cheese.

DIABLO CREAM PASTA  (no:gluten-nut-soy) A spicy sauce to warm up your belly…it’s a tomato cream sauce with olive oil, garlic, juicy tomatoes, mustard seed, basil, Dijon and heavy cream, tossed with noodles and mixed greens then topped with shredded mozzarella cheese.

GOULASH  (no:gluten)  A hearty pasta dish of noodles with tomato basil sauce, textured vegetable protein, mushrooms, onions and cream topped with our cashew cheese sauce.

ORANGE GINGER  (no:gluten-nut)  A cold pasta made of kelp and zucchini noodles tossed in a medley of fresh peppers, carrots, scallions and micro greens, mixed in a citrus sesame ginger sauce.

PESTO PASTA (no:gluten-nut-soy)  Basil pesto made with olive oil, spinach, flaxseed, oregano and garlic tossed with tomatoes, mixed greens and topped with mozzarella cheese.

PUTANESCA PASTA (no:gluten-nut-soy)  Olive oil, garlic, capers, tomatoes, kalamata olives and feta cheese.

VODKA CREAM PASTA  (no:gluten-nut-soy)  Flaming vodka, tomatoes, cream, parsley, kosher salt, black pepper and chili flakes tossed with pasta noodles.

STUFFED PEPPERS (gluten+nut-free)  Bells stuffed with a mix of textured vegetable protein, mushrooms, carrots, onions, brown rice, thyme, oregano and basil. Topped with creme fraiche, a dollop of aioli and cheese served on a bed of brown and forbidden black rice.

GRINDER     Stuffed with edenaise, your choice of meatball, onions and tomato basil coulee.

BURGER   Local Farm to Market bun topped with your choice of patty and loaded with saffron edenaise, juicy tomatoes, pickles, red onions, mixed greens and cheese.  

WRAP   Local flour tortilla wrapped around your choice of protein, brown and forbidden rice, edenaise, juicy tomatoes, pickles, red onions, mixed greens and cheese.

DAHL  (no:gluten-nut-soy)  Organic mung bean dahl with garbanzo beans, stewed with carrots, onions, and curry spices over organic brown rice and topped with a tomato and raisin chutney.

LENTIL STEW  (no:gluten-nut-soy)  A lovely stew of organic lentils and black beans simmered with onions, carrots, sage, thyme, turmeric and love served over organic rice and topped with a yummy apple chutney.
