We use sea salt and/or kosher salt in our recipes. Sea salt at your table.

 

We use olive and coconut oils in our recipes, and sesame oil atop our hummus.

 

We utilize biodegradable nitrile food service gloves as well as clean bare hands in food preparation.

We utilize and source ingredients from many different forms, including canned, organic, bottled, local, traditional, synthetic-free, and anything else we can get, and do our best to provide the best ingredients possible within our price range.

During the growing season, we source as much local as possible...and always use as much organic as we can get our hands on.

 

All water used in the kitchen and the cafe is filtered.
